Our Profile tab provides you with everything you can expect from a wealth management app. It even gives you back power over your personal details, app customization and helps you to scale your engagement within our ecosystem in the most intuitive, accessible way.
Below is the complete list of all service and feature available in your Profile, where to find them and what purpose they serve.

 
FEATURE IN-APP LOCATION DESCRIPTION
User Profile Profile Tab -> Top Section Displays user initials, name, and Account creation date.
Referrals Profile Tab -> Referrals Card Access the Rewards section to get your Referral link to share with others and see the Reward tickets you’ve already earned, as well as their status.
Governance Profile Tab -> Governance Card Provides rewards for participating in SwissBorg’s ecosystem, such as voting, and scales with higher Loyalty Ranks.
Loyalty Rank Profile Tab -> Current Loyalty Score and Rank System that rewards users for locking BORG tokens, offering benefits such as trading cashback, boosted APYs, and exclusive deals. Locking is flexible, with a minimum duration of 2 weeks. Check all the Loyalty Ranks in our dedicated article.
Account Update Warning Profile Tab -> Your Account Section Indicates if your account requires an update, often related to verification or KYC.
     
SETTINGS Profile Tab -> Settings Set up your app preferences, including notifications, display currency, theme, private mode, and account closure.
Notifications Profile Tab -> Settings -> Notifications Manage notification settings.
Display Currency Profile Tab -> Settings -> Display Currency Adjust the display currency in the app.
Theme Profile Tab -> Settings -> Theme Change the app's visual theme.
Private Mode Profile Tab -> Settings -> Private Mode Enable private browsing mode to hide portfolio balances.
Close Account Profile Tab -> Settings -> Close Account Option to close your account.
Account Level Profile Tab -> Account Level Find your current KYC Account Level, upload the requested KYC documents (e.g. an electricity bills for KYC 2), or redo your verification when needed.
     
PERSONAL DETAILS Profile Tab -> Personal Details See and update some of your personal and contact information; Note: only phone number and email can be modified without support.
Name Profile Tab -> Personal Details -> Name View your name (modification requires support).
Date of Birth Profile Tab -> Personal Details -> Date of Birth View your date of birth (modification requires support).
Place of Birth Profile Tab -> Personal Details -> Place of Birth View your place of birth (modification requires support).
Nationality Profile Tab -> Personal Details -> Nationality View your nationality (modification requires support).
Residential Address Profile Tab -> Personal Details -> Residential Address View your residential address (modification requires support).
Mobile Number Profile Tab -> Personal Details -> Mobile Number View or update your mobile number. Before your number becomes unavailable, please mind updating with the new one. If not, you may lose access to your account entirely for +72hr (on average). In that case, please contact us by email: support@swissborg.com.
Email Profile Tab -> Personal Details -> Email View or update your email.
Account Statement Profile Tab -> Account Statement Export your account transaction history, which can be helpful for tax purposes.
Price Alerts Profile Tab -> Price Alerts Shows all price alerts you have set up; edit, delete, or create new ones (triggered alerts not shown).
     
SECURITY Profile Tab -> Security Find your device security settings like login with biometrics, recovery phrase, audit credential, and connected devices.
Change Passcode Profile Tab -> Security -> Change Passcode Modify your app passcode.
Sign in with FaceID Profile Tab -> Security -> Sign in with FaceID Enable or manage sign-in with FaceID biometrics.
Connected Devices Profile Tab -> Security -> Connected Devices View and revoke devices connected to your account.
Passkeys Profile Tab -> Security -> Passkeys The easiest, quickest most secure way to protect your account, recover it on the same phone, or another phone, and add access to your account on a secondary device.
Recovery Phrase Profile Tab -> Security -> Recovery Phrase Access your recovery phrase for account recovery.

Privacy Policy Profile Tab -> Privacy Policy Outlines how SwissBorg handles user data and privacy (accessible via app for review).
     
Promo Codes Profile Tab -> Promo Codes Enter here a referral code up to 7 days after you created your account, and earn rewards with your referrer.
Terms of Use Profile Tab -> Terms of Use Access the SwissBorg App Terms of Use for review.
Fees Profile Tab -> Fees View all current fees and rates for actions and Loyalty Ranks in the app.
Account ID Profile Tab -> Account ID Your unique SwissBorg ID; tap to copy to clipboard.
App Version Profile Tab -> Bottom Section Displays the current version of the SwissBorg app wether you're on IOS or on Android.
