The Profile section can be found at the bottom right corner of the screen when opening the SwissBorg app. In this tab you can find your personal details and account settings, as well as the Referrals and Price Alerts sections, helpful link and the “Contact Support” option.

Let’s walk through everything in the screen:

  • In the top left corner you can find the Settings menu where you can set up your app preferences;

  • In the top right corner is the SwissBorg QR code scanner;

  • In the middle you’ll find your name and account verification status, with underneath the creation date of your account;

  • Under your name and account creation date you’ll find your Premium tier, or it’ll show “Standard” if you are not yet Premium. You can easily subscribe to Premium or upgrade by tapping on the card;

  • If you tap on Referrals you’ll get to the Rewards section in the app, where you can get your Referral link to share with others and see the Reward tickets you’ve already earned, as well as their status;

  • The Price Alerts menu shows you all price alerts you currently have set up and from there you can easily edit or delete them, or create a new price alert. Price Alerts that were already triggered are not shown here;

  • Account Level brings you to the KYC section of the app, where you can find your current Account Level, upgrade to the next level or redo your verification when needed;

  • Personal Details lets you see and update (some of) your personal and contact information;

  • Account Statement lets you export your account transaction history, which can be helpful for tax purposes for example;

  • In the Security screen you can find your device security settings like login with biometrics, your recovery phrase, audit credential and devices connected to your account;

  • Support takes you to our Help Center where you can find lots of helpful articles, and by tapping on the chat icon in the bottom right corner you can instantly contact our Support Team for assistance;

  • Tapping on “Rate us on the Play Store” takes you to the Apple or Google Play store (depending on your device’s operating system) so you can easily rate and review our app and services;

  • Our SwissBorg App Terms of Use are always accessible through here in case you’d like to review them again;

  • Tapping on Fees takes you to the SwissBorg Fees page where you can check all current fees and rates for the various actions and Premium tiers available in the app;

  • If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen you can see the logos of various Social Media you can find and follow us on; simply tap on the logo of the platform you’d like to find and follow us on and it’ll take you directly to our (one and only) official account there;

  • Just underneath the social media logos you can find your unique SwissBorg ID, starting with “20…”; you can copy it to your clipboard by simply tapping on it.
