If you have lost access to your SwissBorg account, you can typically regain entry using our Manual Recovery process. This is the standard method for verifying your identity and securing your assets.
📋 Pre-Recovery Checklist
Before you begin, please ensure you meet the following requirements.
⚠️ If any of the following apply to you, please contact support@swissborg.com instead of following the steps below:
You have changed your phone number and no longer have access to the old one.
You are currently residing in an unsupported country.
You do not have a valid ID (Passport, ID card, or Driving License).
Your account was previously closed for security reasons.
Your smartphone camera is broken or unable to perform KYC tasks.
🛠 How to Perform a Manual Recovery
Install or reinstall the latest version of the SwissBorg app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and tap "Log in".
Enter your registered phone number.
Choose "Manual Recovery" from the options provided.
Review and accept the terms. Note: All previously active devices and your old Recovery Phrase will be revoked for security.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone.
Set up a new PIN/Passcode.
Complete the KYC Verification by taking a live selfie and providing a clear photo of your ID (Passport, ID card, or Driving License).
Our team will review your documents. This typically takes 24–48 hours.
Once approved, your account recovery is complete!
💡 Important Notes
Security Hold: To protect your funds, an automatic 48-hour security window will apply after recovery. You will not be able to withdraw assets during this time. All other features (trading, earning, etc.) remain fully available.
Device Revoked: You will receive an automated email notifying you that your previous device has been revoked. This is a standard security measure.
