How to download my Account Statement
To prepare your data for Koinly, follow these steps in the SwissBorg app:
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap on Account Statement.
- Select the Time Period (e.g., Full Year 2025).
- Select CSV as the format (preferred for Koinly).
- Tap Export to receive the file via email or save it to your device.
How to use my Account Statement in Koinly
- Sign in to your Koinly account.
- Navigate to the Wallets menu and select Add Wallet.
- Search for SwissBorg.
- Select Upload CSV file and drop your exported SwissBorg statement into the box.
- Koinly will automatically scan and categorize your transactions (trades, staking, rewards).
Important: Please import your full transaction history before selecting a plan, or choose the highest plan available based on your voucher amount. Koinly determines your plan according to your total number of transactions.
If only part of your data is imported, a lower plan may be suggested. Upgrading later may result in an additional payment request. As vouchers are single-use, we strongly recommend completing the full import first to ensure the correct plan is selected.
If you encounter this issue, no worries, simply contact Koinly support and they will upgrade your plan according to your voucher.

- Elite & Pegasus: All users are eligible, whether you are a new or existing Koinly customer.
- Retroactive Use: Your offer can be applied to previous fiscal years (2022–2024) or saved for future declarations (2026, 2027).
