Card Top Up: Error Messages list

If your card top up gets declined, an error message should be displayed with the reason for the failed transaction. 
To help you better understand the exact meaning of the error messages, we have put together an overview of the various messages and their meanings for you.
 
Message Meaning
success Top-up completed
invalid-card We encountered issues with your card. Please make sure you have entered the correct details as they appear on your card. If the problem persists, please contact your bank.
declined Your top up could not be completed. Please contact support for further information.
card-expired The card you used has expired. Please use a different card to make a top up.
3ds-error The required 3D Secure authentication was not completed. Please make sure to pass the authentication process when making a card top up.
3ds-unsupported Your card does not support 3D Secure authentication. Please try again with a different card.
name-error The card you used is not in your name. Please, make sure to always use a card that is in your name.
kyc-expired This top up required additional verification, which was not completed in the required timeframe. Please try again.
