Deposit
There are no fees associated with the deposit of Fiat currencies, stablecoins or crypto assets. However, transferring crypto assets from one wallet to another means that you will still have to pay the withdrawal fees from the originating wallet. Additionally, transactions on the blockchain require "gas" to be executed, leading to so-called gas fees. These transaction fees are necessary for the system to operate, and it varies per blockchain which gas is used and how much. For example, on the Ethereum Blockchain the gas is ETH.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals from your account are subject to an execution fee of 0.10%, with a minimum fee per currency. You may be charged an additional fee by the receiving bank or platform.
Please note that making a withdrawal of any crypto assets, stablecoins, or fiat currencies below the minimum fee amount is not permitted. SwissBorg automatically adjusts the gas amount to ensure that transactions are executed without delays.
As we strive for full transparency, a full list of the withdrawal fees per (virtual) currency can be found here: https://swissborg.com/legal/swissborg-app-fees
