If you're on Android, the language of the SwissBorg app is automatically set to your device language, and will change whenever you change your device language.
Since the SwissBorg app is only available in English, French and German, if your device language is set to French or German, the SwissBorg app will be set to German or French as well. If your device language is set to English or any other language, the app language will be set to English.
If you're on iOS, simply go to your device settings and choose the language you want for the SwissBorg app.
If you want to change the language of the notifications and emails you receive from SwissBorg, unfortunately you will need to contact our Support Team and ask them to change the language of our emails and in-app communications. Currently we only support English, German and French for notifications and emails, but we hope to offer more languages in the future.
To contact the Support team, go to the Profile section in the app and tap on "Support" in the menu. In the Support screen, tap on the "Chat" icon in the bottom right corner and write your message in the text box. If you're unable to login to your account, you can also send an email to email@example.com - please make sure to send it from the email address that is connected to your account in order for our Support Team to be able to assist you.
