The SwissBorg app is available on iOS and Android mobile devices, there is no web version available at this time. Our website is strictly informational and there is no connection available with the app or your account through the browser.
In order for the app to work properly, please make sure your device meets these requirements:
- iOS needs to be at least version 13.0; previous versions are not supported by the app;
- Android operating system needs to be at least Android 6.0 (Marshmallow);
- Either Apple or Google Play Services need to be supported;
Before proceeding to download the app, make sure that you have enough free storage space on your device.
To download the SwissBorg app, you have two options:
Scan the QR code on our website, which will direct you to the app on your phone's app store.;
On your phone, open the Apple Store or Google Play Store, type "SwissBorg" in the search bar and tap on "Get" or "Install" to start the installation process.
Once the installation is complete, tap on "Open" in the store to launch the app or return to your device's home screen, where you can find the SwissBorg logo to launch the app from there.
Please note that the app is only available in official Apple and Google Play stores, any other app store are not supported and any SwissBorg application downloaded from there will not work.
If the app cannot be found in your Apple or Play Store it means that the country/jurisdiction you are currently in is not supported and our services are not available. An overview of all supported countries and available services can be found here: https://swissborg.com/supported-countries
