Apple Pay
You can add your SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card to Apple Wallet if you live in Switzerland or France. Apple Pay is not yet available for cardholders in the United Kingdom or in other countries — we will let you know as soon as it is.
If you live in Switzerland or France and Apple Wallet shows that your card “isn’t supported”, please check the following:
Your SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card is active. It should be displayed in the ‘Crypto Card’ page and show a balance.
Make sure you didn’t freeze your SwissBorg Debit Card.
Make sure you didn’t ask to block or delete your SwissBorg Debit Card.
Your iPhone runs an up‑to‑date version of iOS, and Apple Wallet is set up with a passcode, Face ID or Touch ID.
Check your internet connection. Adding a card requires a strong signal, and an unstable network, VPN or proxy use can interrupt the add‑card process.
If everything above is in order and the card still can’t be added, please contact our Support team via the app or at support@swissborg.com.
Google Pay
If you receive an error message while linking your SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card to your Google Pay account, please check the following instances:
Your Google Pay account might be restricted.
Make sure you are signed in your Google account.
Make sure your Google account is complete and fully enabled.
Google wallets require: up‑to‑date OS, secure hardware, and a screen lock with biometrics or PIN; if these are missing or disabled, adding a card can be blocked.
Check your internet connection. Usually, adding a card to GooglePay requires a strong signal.
Unstable network, VPN/proxy use, or local connectivity issues can interrupt the add‑card process before the bank responds.
Make sure you didn’t freeze your SwissBorg Debit Card.
Make sure you didn’t ask to block or delete your SwissBorg Debit Card.
Check if your SwissBorg Debit Card is truly active. It should be displayed in the ‘Crypto Card’ page and show a balance.
