At this moment, the SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card is not available for Apple Pay wallets. We will update you as soon as this option will become available.
Google Pay
If you receive an error message while linking your SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card to your Google Pay account, please check the following instances:
Your Google Pay account might be restricted.
Make sure you are signed in your Google account.
Make sure your Google account is complete and fully enabled.
Google wallets require: up‑to‑date OS, secure hardware, and a screen lock with biometrics or PIN; if these are missing or disabled, adding a card can be blocked.
Check your internet connection. Usually, adding a card to GooglePay requires a strong signal.
Unstable network, VPN/proxy use, or local connectivity issues can interrupt the add‑card process before the bank responds.
Make sure you didn’t freeze your SwissBorg Debit Card.
Make sure you didn’t ask to block or delete your SwissBorg Debit Card.
Check if your SwissBorg Debit Card is truly active. It should be displayed in the ‘Crypto Card’ page and show a balance.
