If your SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card is declined when making a purchase, it is worth to check that:
You have sufficient crypto balance in your SwissBorg app. Fiat cannot be used to fund your SwissBorg Debit Card.

Your card is not
blocked: you will need to contact Support for unblocking the card.
deleted: you will have to request a new card.
Your SwissBorg account is not restricted as well.
Other possible reasons:
Failed 3DS verification: mandatory for online purchases. If you don’t receive the 3DS code, please contact Support.
Incorrect details: make sure you have copied all the details of your card correctly and that you entered the correct CVV code.
Connectivity issues: check the signal of your connection and try again.
The merchant didn’t accept the card: some merchants might have restrictive policies.

The transaction was attempted with a restricted merchant. The SwissBorg Card cannot be used for:
Other crypto exchanges,
Online casinos and betting platforms,
Adult sites,
Financial services like money transfers,
Illegal goods such as drugs or weapons,
High-risk businesses, cash advances, and certain government services may also be restricted.
These limitations are in place to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Please, review the card's Rulebook for detailed information.
