In order to dispute a transaction made with your SwissBorg Debit Card that you don’t recognise or you deem fraudulent, please follow these steps.
I made a purchase, but I didn’t receive the good/service I paid for
Before dispute a transaction, please allow 5 business days. In most cases, refunds are not instant.
In case of delivery of a physical item, please note that some deliveries can experience delays.
If this doesn’t apply, and you have already tried to reach the merchant:

Collect all the evidence proving the fraudulent nature of the transaction:
Payment receipt
Merchant details
Conversation with merchant’s customer support (emails, chat logs, ticket IDs)
Proof of delivery issue (tracking number, failed delivery notice)
