How to Apply
The first step is to submit your initial application here: Apply for a SwissBorg Corporate Account
Once received, our KYC (Know Your Customer) specialists will review your application. A Relationship Manager will then contact you to guide you through the specific documentation required, which includes:
Company Identity & Address
Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Certificate of Incorporation/Good Standing.
Proof of the company's physical location.
Authority & Ownership
Identification and proof of residency for Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) with >25% holding.
A list of Directors or Authorized individuals.
Board resolutions granting account access or intent to open the account.
Financial Verification
Proof of wealth of the company (e.g., bank statements from the last 90 days or audited financials).
Proof of residency for the authorized Account Administrator.
