Requirements
Before requesting a SwissBorg card, you will need to meet the following conditions:
Resident in the EEA, Switzerland or United Kingdom.
Account free from any restriction
Accept the SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card’s Terms of Use.
Request the card
If the above criteria are met, you can proceed to request the card.
Open the SwissBorg app, and access the Portfolio page.
Tap on ‘Spend’
If your account satisfies the requirements, you will see the following screen:
Read the Crypto Debit Card’s Terms of Use.
Slide the toggle to accept the Terms of Use and tap on ‘Confirm’.
Now, choose the default cryptocurrency you want to top up with your card with:
Click on ‘Add Funds’.

Troubleshooting
Card not available in your country
This message means you reside in a jurisdiction that does not yet support the SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card. We apologise for the inconvenience.
No account verification
Please, click on ‘Review’ and follow the steps to verify your account. You will need an Account Level 2 in order to request a SwissBorg Crypto Debit Card.

Confirm your address
This means you need to upgrade your SwissBorg account to Level 2.
