To ensure this high level of quality service being delivered, we have developed an extensive internal Quality Program to review and audit the daily interactions our Support Team members have with our users. Through this program, we do not only evaluate past interactions, but also provide insightful and constructive feedback and coaching to improve future interactions.
While we continuously and tirelessly work to improve both our services and skills, it is also important to have a way of measuring our progress and learning from our community how we can do even better.
To optimise both our Quality Program and the way we collect and measure our community's feedback and satisfaction, we are proudly partnered with Klaus App.
As of September 1st, 2023, shortly after each interaction with SwissBorg's Support team, you will receive a Satisfaction survey from the email address "firstname.lastname@example.org" to rate your experience. Every rating counts and each comment helps us to improve our services, so we really appreciate it if you could take a moment to share your experience with us.
