There is no username in the SwissBorg Community App. You are identified by your phone number and email. Only first name and last name can be changed.
Why it is required to provide my first name and last name?
Having your full name helps reassure us that you haven’t created an account twice. Please note that rewards earned in the Community app will be distributed in the SwissBorg Wealth app. To validate your account in the Wealth app, you’ll have to succeed in passing the KYC process. Your first and last name will help us map the reward accumulated in the Community app within the Wealth app. It will provide correct identity information so we can help you receive your rewards.
