Yes, there is only one universal leaderboard for all users using the app. Each series the leaderboard will reset giving you another chance to earn rewards.
To appear on the leaderboard you need to earn points by either making a correct forecast or referring a friend.
The leaderboard only displays the top 1,000 users, but will still show your rank at the bottom of the screen regardless what your rank is.
