Your mission, if you accept it, is to become a Master of a whole guild. You have your own guild to deal with and reach KPIs that go with it. You must ensure the follow-up and smooth running of each mission and member of your guild in order to achieve your monthly objectives.
What are the objectives?
Each guild has his own accomplishment rate explained on the mission description. This rate has to be reached for the whole month from the whole guild members in order to keep the title of Guild Master.
What are my privilege as a Guild Master? How to keep the role?
The Guild Master has the highest privileges and responsibilities on the platform. Indeed, he leads all of his guild’s members and missions in order to reach the guild accomplishment rate.
He also have the veto power on every mission completed after the members votations. If the rate is validated, the Guild Master can continue the next month, if not the guild members can vote to keep the same person despite the result or someone can take the lead.
There is one Guild Master every 50 active members. Knowing that “active members” means a member with at least one mission accepted or accomplished in the last 30 days in the Guild in question.
What are the Guild Master special accesses?
Every Guild Master has specific goals to reach through the month with a certain limited budget. In order to do that they will have a direct contact with one member of the SwissBorg DAO Team. With this personalized contact, the Guild Masters can have all the needed information, statistics and help.
