Each account is linked to a specific phone number. If you have lost access to the app, you simply need to register again with the same phone number and once done your account will be automatically recovered.
As we don’t do a KYC it is not possible to link an account to a specific person. So if you don't have access to your phone number anymore, I'm sorry there is no way to transfer your points from one account to another.
In the Wealth App, we have taken this into consideration and as we do a KYC it will possible to change the phone number in the recovery process.
