If crypto assets are not supported or available in the app, you will not be permitted to transfer them. However, if you proceed to send crypto into a crypto asset wallet that does not support that particular asset, then you take all responsibility for all the losses that might occur by doing so.
If you want to transfer BNB from Binance to the SwissBorg app you must use MEMO - a unique identifier assigned to each account that allows Binance to identify a deposit and credit the appropriate account.
A MEMO is required because the BNB deposit address for all users is identical. Without MEMO you can get an error message saying it is not valid Ethereum address. BNB was launched as an ERC-20 token, but later ERC-20 tokens were swapped with BEP2 BNB on a 1:1 ratio, and no longer hosted on Ethereum. SwissBorg supports BNB only on the Binance Blockchain.
Please note that you can’t send ERC-20 tokens to BSC. You have to send your tokens to a ERC-20 address.
In any case, sending unsupported tokens to the SwissBorg app does not mean your money will be lost forever. If we'll support that type of tokens in the future, you may see those coins in the wallet. You can see all currently available assets here.
