In order to change your personal details go to the Dashboard tab and tap on the “View Profile” link underneath your username. From your profile, tap on personal details to open and use the edit icons for username and email to update this information.
Note that you can’t change your mobile number as each account is linked to a specific phone number.
As we don’t do a KYC it is not possible to link an account to a specific person.
If you don’t have access to your phone number anymore, there is no way to transfer your points from one account to another.
