You can use Wealth App with multiple devices. Check out an article on how to download and install the application to see each step. After you successfully installed the app, you’ll have to enter your phone number, email address, first and last name. If your phone number is active and registered, you’ll need to use a recovery phrase or go through manual recovery. In case your phone number is not registered, you’ll have to go through a regular onboarding process. After that you can use the Wealth App on that device.
If it’s not you who have just used another device to log in into your Wealth App, this means that someone else was able to obtain your password or tried to enter your account. To make sure that your account is safe and secure, please, follow the next steps:
- Change the passwords on your Wealth App account, and your email account so that they are both new and not similar to each other or passwords you use on any other website.
- The identification is done through your mobile number, so make sure you have connected your phone number to the Wealth App account and no one else has access to it.
- Contact us and we will have our security experts check your account for safety and answer any questions you may have.
