The SwissBorg app is available on iOS and Android mobile devices.
In order for the app to function properly on your device, please complete the following step:
On iOS, if you have a version older than 11.0., please update your device's operating system.
On Android, if you have a version older than Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), please update your device's operating system.
Before proceeding to download the app, make sure that you have enough free disk space on your device.
To download the SwissBorg app, you have two possible routes:
Visit the SwissBorg website, and tap on "Download on the App Store" or "Get it on Google Play", depending on which type of device you are using. You should then be redirected to the SwissBorg app page in the Apple App Store/Google Play Store. Next, tap on "Get"/"Install" to initialise the installation process.
Navigate to the Apple App Store/Google Play Store on your device and launch the app. Tap on the search feature in the app and then type in "SwissBorg". Once you find the app, tap on "Get"/"Install" to initialise the installation process.
Once the installation is complete, tap on "Open" to launch the app from within the Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
You can also launch the app from your device's home screen by tapping on the SwissBorg app icon.
If you did all the steps correctly, but you still can't install or launch the SwissBorg app, please contact the SwissBorg support team.
