How it works
The Golden Thematic’s algorithm intelligently allocates investments between Tether Gold and Bitcoin, based on the market conditions it identified using rolling RSI indicators. During different market regimes such as bull, correcting, bear, or accumulating markets, the algorithm adjusts the investment allocations to optimise returns. Hence, specific allocations per market regime will be applied: a stronger allocation to Gold during bearish and correcting market conditions, and a stronger allocation to Bitcoin during bullish and accumulating market conditions.
The reallocations are subject to predefined limits. The upper limit for any crypto asset allocation is set at 85% (maximum allocation for BTC/XAUT), while the lower limit is set at 15% (minimum allocation for BTC/XAUT). They are triggered by new market signals, and the algorithm ensures that investors are always optimally positioned.
Unlike the Web3 Thematic, which follows a recurrent schedule and a monthly rebalancing, the Golden Thematic does not have a recurring queue. Instead, you are immediately placed in a random queue upon a new signal, and the Smart Engine executes reallocations at maximum speed.
